The Talenger Query/Report Generator is a simple yet powerful search tool for reporting purposes. All fields contained in the database can be queried and viewed as a report or exported to excel for further manipulation.

• Standard reports - Including Employee Reports, User Reports, Applicant Reports, Candidate Reports, Vacancy Reports, Message Reports, etc.
• Security - Report on My Employees or My Assigned Employees
• Category - Search by multiple categories and fields
• Count – List and then count the number of occurrences of a particular field
• Field filter – search by field by field value, list or date
• Additional filter - filter the result by additional field value, list or date
• Save report - save the search result by name
• Share the report - share the report by selecting employees from the org chart
• My Reports - view and generate reports previously created or generate shared reports
• Export  - Export to Microsoft Excel for further manipulation
• Company / business unit selector - search by company or business unit. 
• Compare selector - The Query Generator was enhanced to include a compare selector.  This feature allows the system to count similar results and store the totals for future use or to share the information with other users, i.e. if a search is done for a gender type, the compare feature will provide a list of gender types with a number of records that matched the search. 
• Search for documents - The Query Generator allows for document search facilities.  This will enable users to track who has access to which documents in the company.
