Background: Rodney started out his career as a personnel manager and with the promulgation of the Labour Relations Act in 1979 embarked on a law degree. This fascination with law was largely due to his experiences with contracts and conditions of service whilst working for various organizations.
He has been involved in Human Resource Consulting and Labour Relations for the past 20 years. His understanding of the complexities of human asset management stems from industry experience with the Engineering Industry Bargaining Council, and as Group Human Resource Manager for a Rolls-Royce subsidiary company in South Africa.
The establishment of Talenger Holdings (Pty) Ltd, of which he is CEO, has enabled him to implement human asset management solutions and strategies for organisations based on actual coal face experience. The Talenger philosophy is to provide organisations with the tools and knowledge to manage their own human assets.
Background: Adam’s career has a mechanical engineering foundation. Lured by the temptations of the Information Technology, he changed his career direction to programming. After qualifying with distinction at Van Zyl and Pritchard, he created a design and development company called Interapp. During this time he acquired extensive knowledge in building comprehensive content management systems with all the latest technologies.
This provided a perfect foundation for his position at Talenger, because the Talenger ERM system is structured like a mammoth content management system, purpose built for employee management.
Adam is a founder shareholder of Talenger and is responsible for all technical aspects of the product development.
